Australian Orders
If it is on our website - then it is available right now and ready to ship! That means orders for Australian customers will be delivered in 2 to 4 days.
Our items are sent through Australia Post service. We may elect to send an item by Express Satchel or by Registered Mail. A signature on delivery is required for Registered items.
For orders in Australia, the cost is a flat $9.95 AUD for up to 3 items. The delivery cost will also be shown to you at the checkout.
We require a valid residential or work address for delivery. PO Boxes are acceptable too. If there is no-one available to receive the goods at a time of attempted delivery for Registered mail, the delivery driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking you to pick-up the parcel from the Post Office as nominated on the card. The nominated Post Office will almost always be your local Post Office. Please note that it is your responsibility to pick-up the parcel.
Delivery times vary by buyer location. We will usually dispatch your items within 1 to 3 business days after your payment has been received (cleared) in full. Most orders should be delivered within 2 to 4 BUSINESS days after processing and packing is complete. Once your item has been posted, we will contact you and provide an estimated delivery time as advised by the Postal Service.
Orders are dispatched from Brisbane Queensland, Australia.
International Orders
We are happy to send our items to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Spain, The Netherlands, United States and United Kingdom.
We use the services of Australia Post, and ship only by Registered Post International (up to 2kg per parcel limit applies). A signature on delivery is required. If there is no-one available to receive the goods at a time of attempted delivery for Registered mail, the delivery driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking you to pick-up the parcel from the Post Office as nominated on the card. The nominated Post Office will almost always be your local Post Office. Please note that it is your responsibility to pick-up the parcel.
We charge a flat rate of $19.95 per order. The delivery cost will also be shown to you at the checkout.
Delivery times also vary by buyer location but should be deivered within 14 to 21 days. Your order will usually be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days of payment receipt. The customer is solely responsible for complying with your home country’s laws and taxes. The customer is solely responsible for any taxes, tariffs, or duties payable, and for any formal custom’s clearances and or other procedures required by the law.
Packaging
We use plain and discreet packaging so that only you will know the contents of your order. Rest assured that there is no indication of the nature of our business or the contents of the parcel. The only information displayed on the parcel is what is required by Australia Post (such as your name, your delivery address, and our discreet return address title: “H & S”).
